The 2023 GP Patient Survey has revealed where patients are most satisfied.
Once again, patients have had their say on the service they are provided by their GP in the annual assessment carried out by the NHS.
The survey data is collated by asking patients their views on their experiences after questionnaires were sent out to patients at surgeries across the country.
The England-wide survey provides practice level assessment of patient experiences at their doctors.
It asks residents questions on a range of topics including making appointments, access to online services and out-of-hours services.
Results of each surgery in and around Southend
Rated by overall satisfaction, by the percentage of patients who described their overall experience of their GP practice as good, there was a clear winner.
Warrior Square Surgery came top of the pile with 94 per cent.
In joint second was Scott Park Surgery, in Eastwood, and North Avenue Surgery, in Southend, with 86 per cent.
West Road Surgery was ranked the lowest in the area as just 50 per cent of patients rated their overall experience of good.
However, despite the patients' reviews, the practice is still rated good overall by the CQC.
