A pedestrian suffered injuries after a car reportedly drove into him outside a high street nightclub.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident which happened outside Bloc 40, in Brentwood High Street, at around 3.30am on Sunday July 23.

It was reported a car, believed to be a Ford Puma, was driven at a man outside the venue, before making off towards the M25 turnoff.

The man suffered injuries which are not life-threatening or life-changing.
