Much has been written about euthanasia following the sad death of rugby player Daniel James.

Most adults must know half a dozen people, including members of their own family, who would say they would wish to end their life if they suffered bad health.

If young enough, such a person could leave vital organs for the benefit of others, thereby turning a possibly selfish action into one beneficial to others.

The Government should look into this prospect as soon as possible.
