Isn't it time fireworks regulations are reviewed?
I am not one of the anti-fireworks brigade. Properly supervised, in a sensible location, they are fine on November 5.
Having said that, irresponsible behaviour by adults who should know better is deplorable.
In these days of houses crammed together, letting off fireworks in back gardens is not only unacceptable, it is totally antisocial and selfish.
Anyone who has had to try and pacify a terrified animal nightly for weeks before and after November 5 will understand where I am coming from, or do not animals warrant consideration?
