Why, after this Labour Government has been in power for 12 years, are the Gurkhas not treated in the same way as other Commonwealth troops?
The excessive expenses claims of the current MPs would go a long way to pay for them. It looks to me like racial discrimination.
They do the same (sometimes you could say a better) job as the rest of the British Army, yet do not receive the same conditions.
Would this be tolerated in civilian life?
