Having recently visited Southend’s bandstand, at Priory Park, I must say it does Southend proud.
Not only is it free, the entertainment is excellent.
I was amazed and a little jealous of the performers from the Seasiders band and the young man who played the keyboard like a young Jerry Lee Lewis.
