A big thank you to everyone who supported the farmers’ craft market held on December 9 at the Transport Museum, Canvey.
The event was hindered by weather and licence applications which prevented a lot of our farmers being able to attend.
However, volunteers at the museum soldiered on and managed to raise a staggering £2,125 over the two-day event, which will go to the renovation of the museum and the St John Ambulance.
Many thanks also to those who braved the cold and spent their hardearned cash and the Canvey businesses who helped by advertising on the leaflets.
We appreciate the support in these hard economic times.
