A SECURITY-CONSCIOUS man is making the most of his private CCTV after it capture a thief stealing from his car.
The footage shows six youths in Westborough Road, Westcliff, before one of them tries the door handle of the car as they pass it.
Two of the youngsters then return and open the door of the unlocked car before stealing £50 of CDs.
Police have now been handed the footage of the theft which happened at about 10.30pm on Saturday.
