Queuing traffic on A127

A TWO vehicle accident on the A127 Southend Arterial Road eastbound has left rush hour commuters facing queues of traffic.

The accident, which occurred at 4.54pm, involved a van and a car and has now been cleared between the A132 East Mayne and the A1245 Chelmsford Road.

Traffic is still queuing up to the A176 Upper Mayne in Wickford.

Police report that no one was injured in the crash.

There are other alternatives to the A127 though, always ways to cut around the traffic. Plus, you should always leave plenty of time before your flight to get to the airport...!
