A TEENAGER was moments away from being sexual assaulted when two men came to her rescue.
The 16-year-old was in East Street, Southend, at 10.40pm on Saturday October 2, when a man grabbed her.
Fortunately two men saw what was happening and pulled off her attacker and the young victim, shaken but uninjured, fled the scene.
Police now want to speak to the two Good Samaritans who came to the girl's aid.
The attacker was described as black, 5ft 3ins tall with a heavy build, aged in his twenties, wearing a black coat, jeans, gloves and a hat.
