Police have charged a man from the Crays Hill area, arrested yesterday, Friday, October 21, at Dale Farm.
The 63-year-old man has been charged with committing a racially aggravated public order offence as well as using behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He has been released on police bail pending an appearance before magistrates in Southend on November 2.
