PASTORAL MEASURE 1983 North Benfleet All Saints (Diocese of Chelmsford)
The Church Commissioners have prepared a draft scheme providing for the lease of the closed church building of North Benfleet All Saints and its churchyard for use as a monument and for worship, services and other religious activities in accordance with the rites and customs of any Christian body designated by the Bishop of Chelmsford.
You may obtain a copy of the draft from the Commissioners or inspect it at Pitsea Library, Community Centre, Off Maydells, Pitsea SS13 3DU.
You may make representations for or against the draft scheme in writing to Anne Griffiths, Closed Churches Division, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ, or by email to: anne.griffiths@churchofengland.org to reach her not later than 10th June 2012.
