Ramsden Heath man charged with drug driving after crash with cyclist in Chelmsford
A MAN has been charged with driving while under the influence of drugs following a crash in Chelmsford.
Mark Watson, 33, of Park Lane, Ramsden Heath, has been released on bail to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on June 8.
The collision happened in Princes Road in February and involved a teenage cyclist and a black Ford Focus.
