Correction: Essex Way Surgery
A REPORT in the Echo on Tuesday, January 26, about the death of Hollie Turner referred to delays in diagnosing her illness.
Essex Way Surgery, in Benfleet, was named in relation to this report.
The surgery has asked us to point out that Hollie Turner was not registered as a patient and there is no record of her ever being registered there.
We would like to apologise for this error and for any distress and misunderstanding caused.
