JUNIOR singing sensations made sure they composed themselves correctly during their school open day.
Youngsters from Briscoe Primary School in Felmores End, Basildon, showed off their vocal talents to parents and visitors by belting out their own special tunes during the day.
They had worked with composer Jules Maxwell to create songs to suit the contents of their Briscoe Museum, which was set up by the children and artist Julian Walker two years ago.
The project was a Creative Partnerships initiative called Lie of the Land and saw the students record songs on CD in their own style, which included rap, blues and pop.
