STAFF at a college are in jubilant mood after being recognised nationally for the fourth time running.
Thurrock Adult Community College has been awarded an Investors in People status after a rigorous inspection which took two days.
Among the strengths identified during the inspection were the college's open approach to communication, strong commitment to staff development and the way it encouraged staff to contribute to ideas and decisions.
College Principal Sharon Walsh said: "It is fantastic the college has received this award once again."
