If so, then think again - Hadleigh firefighters would like to get their hands on it!
Hadleigh fire station is appealing for scrap cars to use in a safety demonstration on September 15.
Mark Blakebrough, based at the High Street fire station, said: "We need scrap cars so we can show the public how we use our safety equipment and how we react at the scene of an accident.
"If people have a car which they are about to take to the scrapheap, then I would urge them to drop it off at Hadleigh fire station instead.
"We will dispose of it after the demonstration."
