A CHURCH has celebrated a £300,000 revamp.
The rededication service for St Peter and St Paul’s Parish Church in Grays was carried out by the Rev Darren Barlow.
Special guests included the Bishop of Bradwell, the Rt Rev Laurie Green and Archdeacon of Southend, the Ven David Lowman.
Also in attendance was Thurrock MP Andrew Mackinlay, Thurrock Council leader Terry Hipsey and Labour group leader John Kent.
Mr Barlow said: “We’re delighted with how the work has been completed. The church looks fantastic.”
