FUNDS of a Basildon charity are set for a boost after being nominated as a shop’s charity of the year. St Luke’s Hospice co-founder, Trudy Westmore-Cox, dropped into Grays Shopping Centre to open a new shoe store. Trudy cut the ribbon at Exit Shoes and received a £150 donation, the first of many, as the store has chosen to support St Luke’s for the year.
