A TEENAGE terror who made her neighbours’ lives a misery through 14 months of loud music and hard partying has been kicked out of her flat.

The girl, aged 17 or 18, held wild parties at her home in Wrackhall Court, Canvey, almost every night and was even caught performing lewd sex acts in public places. She also regularly set off fire alarms and extinguishers in the council-owned block of flats in Gafzelle Drive.

Resident Tony Baines, 39, said: “It wasn’t just her living there, there was actually three of them and every night the music was so loud.

“One of my neighbours went down to ask them to keep quiet and they just slammed the door in his face and turned it up even louder. They had no respect.”

Stephen Cook, 42, who has moved into the girl’s former flat, said: “There were swear words painted on the walls. It looked a right state, but the council has done it all up now.”

The girl was thrown out after Castle Point Council worked with the police to gather enough evidence of her antisocial behaviour to get her thrown out.

Meanwhile in Kingsmere, Thundersley, the council worked with a tenant who had verbally abused neighbours, smashed down doors and was behind with his rent to agree to sign an Acceptable Behaviour Contract.

He has written apology letters to his neighbours and cleared his rent arrears and the council has had no complaints about the property since.

Mrs Goodwin added: “Hopefully it will now be a better living environment for everyone.”
