PUPILS are going all arty for their school project.
Youngsters from St Teresa’s Primary School, Basildon, are taking part in an environmental creative arts events this week.
Victoria Kelly, art and design teacher at the school, in Elsenham Crescent, said “We are trying to make the children more environmentally aware about the need to reduce, reuse and recycle. What better way to do this than combine it with something exciting like creative arts?”
Visitors so far have included the Weapons of Sound group which showed pupils how to make music from items like shopping trolleys and water containers.
