THESE men are suspected of punching and robbing a 64-year-old cabbie.

Police have just released the CCTV image of the men believed to have attacked the cabbie in Mill Green, Pitsea, at 2.15am on Monday July 27.

The driver had picked up the pair when they demanded he hand over his takings, attacking him when he refused and leaving him in shock with cuts and bruises.

The two white men, described as aged between 28 and 35 and around 5ft 8ins tall, then stole an electrical item from the cabbie and fled the scene.

One of the suspects had blonde or ginger hair, a stocky build, was clean shaven and wore a yellow or white hoodie.

The other had wavy brown hair, a slim build and wore jeans and a multi-coloured checked shirt.
