A PROBLEM with an electricity supply has left three sets of traffic lights out of action in Southend.
The failure in Queensway, at the junction with Short Street, was first reported at around 6pm last night, Tuesday.
The lights remained out of action at noon today, Wednesday, with motorists advised to approach the area with care.
