A TEENAGER has been charged nine months after a attack left a man in hospital with serious head injuries.
The 17-year-old Tilbury boy was charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, following an attack in Dock Road, Tilbury, on February 20 this year.
A 19-year-old boy, also from Tilbury, was walking along Dock Road when he was allegedly attacked by the teenager and had to be treated in hospital before being released.
Police arrested the 17-year-old on September 18 and he is now on police bail until appearing before magistrates at Basildon on Friday November 27.
