TEACHERS at a Wickford school have been taught the benefits of relaxation, in a bid to de-stress the lives of staff and pupils.
Physiotherapist Angela Buillard-Meaden visited Wickford Junior School, in Market Road, to demonstrate relaxing techniques to teachers and teaching assistants.
The idea was staff would be able to pass on their new found knowledge to pupils.
They were taught breathing techniques to help them unwind, as well as how to use their imagination to relax.
