PUPILS at a primary school on Canvey have created their own movie during a special media day.
Northwick Park Primary was visited by the I-Bus, a minivan packed with the latest media technology including video cameras, laptops and editing equipment. Pupils were given the task of creating a movie about the school, which they filmed and edited themselves.
Elaine Rising, IT technician at the school, said: “The children had a lovely day and really enjoyed themselves.
“It was great to see them using IT with a smile on their faces for once.”
The I-Bus belongs to Furtherwick Park High School, also in Canvey, and can be booked out for use by schools in the area.
