A MAN accused of attacking two teenage boys and a teenage girl will stand trial.
Michael Howe, 19, of Wimbish End, Pitsea, is also accused of causing £200 damage to a Peugeot car, in an incident which took place on February 2.
Appearing at Basildon Crown Court via videolink, he spoke only to confirm his name and enter not guilty pleas to charges of assault causing actual bodily harm, causing criminal damage to property, and two counts of assault by beating.
Howe is currently serving a prison sentence in relation to other matters, but will be released in February.
Judge Alan Saggerson said he would be bailed in connection with the alleged assaults, but told him not to contact the alleged victims.
Howe was ordered to return to the court on April 12, for a pre-trial hearing.
His four-day trial is scheduled to begin on April 19.
