A FURIOUS councillor wants dog owners to be more considerate.
Rob Gledhill believes Delafield Park, Grays, is being ruined by dog’s muck.
Mr Gledhill said: “These days, pet owners are expected to clean up. The council provides two bins in the park, so people must use them.
“The play area has become extremely popular among young people, but much of the mess is in the area itself.
“We want our young people to play safely, which is the way it was designed, but if dog’s mess is left in the play area, children’s safety is put at risk.
“All I am asking is for dog owners to have a little thought for their neighbours and clean up after their animals.”
