STAFF at a Thorpe Bay pharmacy have rallied round to get prescriptions out after an arson attack caused severe damage to the rear of the store last night.
Bansals Pharmacy, in The Broadway, was discovered alight at around 8.45pm on Wednesday night.
Fire crews spent two hours battling the flames, which caused severe damage to the rear of the store.
Staff have rallied round the business, which is still fulfilling prescriptions and delivering them to patients' homes.
The fire is believed to be the latest in a spate of arsons in the area and police and fire are carrying out an investigation at the scene.
