WITNESSES to an assault which left a 17-year-old boy in hospital with a serious head injury are being sought by police.
Detectives have renewed their appeal for information over the assault, which took place at 12.55pm on Monday, February 8, in Luker Road.
The Southend teen was punched in the face and knocked unconcious, and remains in Queen's Hospital, Romford, in a serious condition.
Police believe the incident, which involved a row between three teenage boys, was witnessed by passersby.
