A REVELLER had a bottle smashed round his head in the toilets of a Southend nightclub.
The 22-year-old man was enjoying a night at Mayhem, in Warrior Square, whene he was hit twice round the back of the head.
He was taken to Southend Hospital where he received five staples to a head injury.
He also needed four stitches to repair a gash to his eyebrow.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who were at the club at 1.30am on Sunday, September 12.
Officers have two suspects to the attack, who are white men in their late teens or early twenties. One was about 5ft 7ins tall, average build with short brown spiky hair, wearing a beige cardigan and jeans. The second had short brown hair and wore a dark polo shirt.
