A MAN has been charged with committing grevious bodily harm outside a Benfleet takeaway.
It follows a punch-up which happened outside KFC, at Tarpots, in August.
The victim was left with serious facial injuries.
Police arrested later arrested a 29-year-old man from Basildon.
He will appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on October 27.
