A JUDGE at London's High Court has said Basildon Council can remove caravans from 49 out of 54 plots at Dale Farm.
The judge said walls, fences and gates should stay on site.
An injunction stopping the eviction is expected to remain in force until at least Tuesday.
The council has been ordered to pay a third of the travellers' legal costs in relation to the injunction hearing today.
