3.33pm Residents of Dale Farm have third judicial review refused by judge at High Court.
3.25pm: Judge refuses permission to challenge the decision on 4 July.
3.15pm: Judge says Basildon Council decision on May 17 to evict is lawful. Two other challenges yet to be heard at the High Court this afternoon.
3pm: Jusge says Basildon Council should have been allowed to take enforcement action "some years ago".
