A MAN in his twenties was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car in Grays.
The accident happened in River View just before 11am on Wednesday (Feb 29) and ambulance crews were called to the scene.
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "A man who we believe to be in his 20s received a back injury and following treatment at the scene by the ambulance crew, he was taken to Basildon Hospital for further care."
