BRAVE post office staff tried to fight off robbers during an armed hold-up.
The raid happened at the sub post office in Grange Road, Billericay when two men entered the store.
The two men burst in and got into a fight with staff who tried to tackle them.
But the raiders eventually fled with hundreds of pounds in foreign currency.
The raid happened at 2pm on Thursday.
