A TALENTED teacher is celebrating after winning a prestigious award for her innovative approach to maths lessons, helping them come alive to music and dance.
Sarah Imbush, head of maths at Southend High School for Girls, was given a £4,000 prize as part of the O2 Learn Best Lesson Awards.
The scheme asks teachers to post videos of interesting lessons onto a website where they are shared by other teachers and students from schools across the country.
