Arson at Southend block of flats

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious fire outside a block of flats.
A fire was lit outside a flat in Townfields on Crowborough Road, Southend, at about 8.40pm on Monday, December 10.
The fire was extinguished before any serious damage was caused, however a flower pot and the window sill were damaged.
Anyone with any information or who may have seen any suspicious behaviour is asked to contact Det Con Sam Boyd at Southend CID on 101.
