Southend United make two changes for FA Cup replay at Brentford

SOUTHEND United manager Paul Sturrock has made two changes to his starting line-up for tonight's FA Cup third round replay at Brentford.

The Blues boss has brought Anthony Straker back in to the midfield in place of the injured Marc Laird while Luke Prosser has come in for Alex Woodyard.

As a result, Mark Phillips is expected to figure in a defensive midfield position.

Southend United (4-1-3-2): Smith, Clohessy, Cresswell, Prosser, Barker, Phillips, Hurst, Timlin, Straker, Tomlin, Corr

Subs: Martin, Leonard, Harris, Benyon, Bentley & Woodyard
