SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has made three changes to his starting line-up for this afternoon’s third round FA Cup clash against Millwall at Roots Hall.

Adam Thompson has replaced Mark Phillips at the heart of the back four while Conor Clifford has replaced Kevan Hurst in midfield.

The final change comes in attack where Barry Corr has come in for Cauley Woodrow.

But there is no place in the squad for new signing Bedsente Gomis.

Southend United Bentley, White, Thompson, Prosser, Coker, Leonard, Clifford, Timlin, Atkinson, Corr, Straker.

Substitutes: Smith, Laird, Phillips, Eastwood, Hurst, Payne & Woodrow
