SOUTHEND United’s Junior Blues enjoyed a Christmas party to remember when the club’s first team squad and manager Phil Brown all attended.
More than 50 youngsters were joined by the Shrimpers’ staff at Kursaal Bowl.
And Junior Blues’ administrator Kay Fogg was delighted by the success of the afternoon, “The Junior Blues all had a great time, especially when Phil Brown got them all over excited cheering when he got a strike,” said Fogg.
“We would like to thank all the players and management, plus SUCET and the MFA Kursaal Bowl for helping the party go so well.”
The youngsters in attendance were able to have their photographs taken with all of the players and also get their autographs.
On top of that every youngster was also given a Christmas present to take home.
