SOUTHEND United manager Chris Powell has made two changes to his starting line-up for this afternoon’s clash with Rotherham United at Roots Hall.
Elvis Bwomono has been recalled at right-back in place of Jason Demetriou who is away on international duty while Sam Mantom has been handed his first Shrimpers start as he replaces Michael Turner in the centre of the park.
However, the rest of the side remains unchanged with Michael Kightly still among the substitutes where he joined by Anton Ferdinand who has recovered from the illness which forced him to miss Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Blackpool.
Southend United: Oxley, Bwomono, Turner, White, Coker, McLaughlin, Yearwood, Mantom, Wordsworth, Cox, Fortune.
Subs: Bishop, Ferdinand, Kightly, Timlin, Wright, Harrison & Robinson
