AWAY at Leeds last weekend several of the new boys were forced to stand up and perform in front of the whole squad.

It is now traditional for any newcomer to do it and it certainly does make us all laugh.

They have to stand up on their chair at our evening meal and sing but what makes it even worse is that there are other people in the restaurant as well.

Tommy Black did well on his, singing Peter Andre's Mysterious Girl.

His dance moves were quite worrying but not quite as worrying as the fact he knew all the words!

Tommy reckoned he was more nervous than when he did his wedding speech but I think Charlie MacDonald could have been there all night.

He was loving it and I think he's definitely been up doing karaoke before.

The kit man Steve Parmenter was certainly not as comfortable though!

To be honest he looked quite shaky and danced like your favourite uncle at a family wedding.

Next up will be Kerrea Gilbert and Garry Richards, while the two new coach drivers are going to be doing a duet which could really be something to look forward to.

We still can't get Gary Hooper up. He just goes bright red whenever it's his go and I think it's time for him to be fined now!

On the pitch, it's Millwall at home this weekend and we can't wait to get out there.

The mood in the camp is still good and we want to put things right.

At Leeds last weekend we deserved a point and we need to bounce back from that.

I'm sure there will be a big crowd and things could get a bit fiesty but we've put pressure on ourselves now and have to respond.

League tables don't mean anything at this stage and we've been in this position before so there is no need to panic.
