THURROCK suffered a 30-7 defeat away at table topping Tring in London Two North and remain second from bottom in the league.
Elsewhere in the same division London Nigerian were beaten 30-29 by Ruislip, while Woodford won 29-0 at Eton Manor.
In Essex Two, Pegasus Palmerians won 13-0 at Burnham.
Essex Three champions Runwell Wyverns made sure they ended the season with a 22-12 win at Ongar.
