SOUTHEND United manager Paul Sturrock has made one change to his starting line-up for this afternoon's clash at Oxford United, with Kane Ferdinand replacing Freddy Eastwood.
Ferdinand has been selected in an advanced midfield role with Eastwood dropping to the bench as Blues again revert to a 4-3-3 formation.
That means Neil Harris, Bilel Mohsni and Ryan Hall will all figure in attack with Elliot Benyon only on the bench after returning from suspension.
Southend United: Belford, Clohessy, Phillips, Barker, Gilbert, Grant, Timlin, Ferdinand, Mohsni, Harris, Hall.
Subs: Martin, Prosser, Benyon, Hills & Eastwood
