SOUTHEND United’s Essex Senior Cup quarter-final fixture at Waltham Abbey tonight has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The match was due to take place at Cappershotts this evening, but was called off following a pitch inspection at the Ryman One North club’s ground.

A new date for the fixture has yet to be announced.
