SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has confirmed Queens Park Rangers have tabled a third for Blues’ goalkeeper Daniel Bentley.
The offer, which Echosport understands is more than £1million, is currently being considered by the Roots Hall hierarchy.
But Brown still expects Bentley to line up for the Shrimpers against Walsall this afternoon.
“QPR have followed up their enquiry with another bid which is now in the hands of the chairman and chief executive,” said Brown.
“I've offered my recommendations but as things stand Dan will be in the sticks for Southend United against Walsall and long may that continue as far as I'm concerned.”
Championship club QPR have already had two offers turned down for Bentley.
