IT’S a change of competition this weekend but everything else will be staying the same as we look to continue the good run we’re on.

Last weekend at Walsall it was a dogged away performance to really be proud of and to come away with the three points from a tricky place like that was certainly very pleasing indeed.

For myself personally, it was also nice to get the goal.

I’ve just been trying to make sure I’m doing the right things and staying in the box.

I did that at the weekend and luckily the chance came my way which I was able to put away.

More of the same would be great at Yeovil and I think a good run is important for us because we want to keep this momentum going.

We’ve won our last two games and feel as though good things are coming our way.

Yeovil will certainly be a tough tie but it would be great if we could beat them and advance in the competition.

When I was at Reading we got to the semi-final one year before losing to Arsenal and the following year we got to the quarter-finals where we were beaten by Crystal Palace.

They are the two main cup runs which spring to mind but it would be great to create more good memories in the competition.

Earlier this week, a few of us went up to MK Dons to see our young players in the FA Youth Cup and the future definitely looks bright.

The young lads watch us so it was nice to be able to reciprocate and watch their game.

Unfortunately, it didn’t go their way and they were beaten 1-0 mainly because the MK Dons side was a little bit more experienced.

But there are some good young players at the club which is great to see.

However, now it’s our turn for the FA Cup and we really want to go to Yeovil and make it three wins in a row.
