Hendon v Billericay Town

The preview: Billericay's league campaign has petered out in recent weeks, with the play-offs now an impossibility.

However, Craig Edwards is not one to let his side go down without a fight and he will want them to show their battling qualities against Hendon.

The hosts can still mathematically be relegated, although that is unlikely as they have a four point cushion over Farnborough who occupy fourth-bottom.

Three points will be key in alleviating those fears although they, like Billericay, have been short of form in recent weeks.

Billericay haven't won since March 12 and Hendon haven't won since February 29.

When the sides met earlier on in the season, Billericay ran out 3-1 winners, something they will be hoping to repeat.

What he said: Town first-team coach Alex Fiddes said: “We want to finish well and we wan't to win every game and that will always be the case.

“We could get seventh and we finished eighth last year so a win in the last two games would see us better our points tally.

“The forwards have battles going on for top scorer – Tom Derry , Mike Fondop, Teddy Nesbitt and Jordan Cox – and that competition is healthy. The players are playing for their places as we demand a lot from these boys. We want winners.

“Hendon have had a rough time all year but they are fighting and any team in that position and it will be tough. They play at Harrow and that ended our unbeaten run so we want to go to that ground and do well."
