DANIEL Brooks added 9,000 euros to his annual prize fund as he finished tied 41st in the Nordea Masters last weekend.
The Basildon golfer finished three over par at the Bro Hoff Golf Club, 19 shots behind the winner Matthew Fitzpatrick.
It is the seventh time in eight events that Brooks has played the entire weekend and that is a run he is hoping to extend at the Lyoness Open in Austria this week.
He begins at Atzenbrugg at 9:10am this morning alongside Michael G Palmer and Jason Scrivener.
There was disappointment for Thorpe Hall golfer Richard McEvoy as he failed to make the cut in Sweden, although he will be hoping for a better result at the Lyoness Open in Austria.
He tees off at 8:20am alongside David Dixon and Justin Walters.
Matthew Southgate, also of Thorpe Hall GC, is playing his first event since the PGA Championship in Austria, beginning at 1:20 this afternoon alongside Morten Orum Madsen and Richard Bland.
The competition will be shown live on Sky Sports 4 from 10am.
